- Lost or stolen card? Call +1 (971) 387-0375 immediately rather than sending a message.
- Don't recognize a charge? Send a secure message and choose the topic "Dispute a transaction."
- New phone number? Update your phone so security codes and fraud alerts reach you.

Send an encrypted message to Member Services. A specialist typically replies within 1 business day.
Fee schedule
Overdraft, returned item, wire transfer and stop payment fees for personal accounts.
Courtesy fee refunds
Your first overdraft fee in any 12-month period is refundable on request.
Overdraft protection
Link your savings account so transfers cover a shortfall automatically, for free.
Update your address
Moving? We'll send statements, cards and tax forms to your new address from the effective date.

We use your phone for security codes and fraud alerts, so keep it current.

Member-owned since 1952
Cinder Ridge is a credit union: a not-for-profit financial cooperative owned by the members who bank with us. There are no outside shareholders, so we keep fees low and charge them only when a specific service is used.
Every member has an equal vote, whatever the balance, and every member reaches the same Member Services team by phone or secure message.
